Kindly follow the instructions below when placing your orders:

• Access the website using your email browser to ensure proper login. (Only branch email addresses will be recognized.)

• Select the correct Vendor to place order.

• Place your order according to the scheduled timeline.

• All Suppliers order will receive a confirmation email with the ordered quantity. After placing the order check if the confirmation email is received else place new order.

• For warehouse orders, after clicking the Submit button, please select "Save my Response to Edit" — this allows you to make changes before the cutoff time.

• The last submitted order before the cutoff time will be treated as the final order.

• Supplier cutoff time is 8:00 AM. Do not place orders after 8:00 AM and before 11:00 AM. Orders submitted during this window may be deleted due to automated processing.
